Pine Ridge South II is a 55+ Community located in Greenacres, Florida, approximately five miles from the Atlantic Ocean, in Palm Beach County. Our development consists of 42 two-story buildings, spread out over 25 acres, with eight units in each. Our large community layout provides space for beautifully landscaped areas throughout, anchored by our lake with surrounding walking paths, large heated and cooled pool and deck area, and our Clubhouse in the median. We are a very active community, and take pride in being labeled the “Gem of the Pine Ridges”. We continually strive to ensure our community remains so.
